By accessing or using the VEGA-IQ™ platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and SCXRPIUS©.
02. AI-Generated Grading Disclaimer
The Software utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to evaluate academic submissions. You acknowledge the following:
- Probabilistic Evaluation: AI grading is probabilistic. While designed for high precision, it may produce results that differ from human evaluation.
- No Absolute Guarantee: SCXRPIUS© does not warrant or guarantee the absolute accuracy, fairness, or reliability of any automated grade.
- Human Sovereignty: All automated marks are preliminary and subject to final verification or adjustment by a human instructor.
03. Academic Integrity & Anti-Manipulation
The integrity of the marking process is paramount. Technical deception is strictly prohibited:
- Prompt Injection: Any attempt to influence the marking process through hidden text or malicious commands results in an automatic zero (0%).
- Disciplinary Action: SCXRPIUS© reserves the right to take immediate and justifiable action against such acts of dishonesty.
- Account Termination: Misconduct results in immediate loss of access without appeal.
04. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCXRPIUS© shall not be liable for:
- Grading discrepancies or perceived "unfairness" in AI logic.
- Loss of academic standing, scholarships, or credit due to AI-generated scores.
- System downtime or API failures during time-critical examination windows.
05. Data Usage & Intellectual Property
All branding, code, and UI elements are the exclusive property of SCXRPIUS©. By submitting data, you grant a license to process it for grading and anonymized system optimization.
06. Amendments & Subject to Change
SCXRPIUS© reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Terms are subject to change without prior individual notice.
- Continued use of the Software constitutes explicit acceptance of the updated framework.
- Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.
07. Service Availability
The Software is provided "as is." SCXRPIUS© does not guarantee 100% uptime. Users are advised to maintain local backups of their work prior to final submission.
08. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any legal action shall be instituted within this jurisdiction.
09. FEEDBACK AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Users are encouraged to report any perceived inaccuracies, technical glitches, or grading inconsistencies via the official System Feedback portal.
- Review Process: SCXRPIUS reviews all feedback to optimize neural weights and marking logic.
- No Automated Re-marking: Submission of a dispute report does not trigger an automatic grade change.
- Time limit: If the user wishes for a grade change on a specific exam, he/she should report the matter in no more that 24 hours from marking.
- Outcome: Users will be notified of the review decision, which shall be final and binding.
